Healthcare Platform

I developed a multi-portal digital health platform connecting patients, care providers and healthcare organizations for continuous, personalized care. Patients complete guided health assessments, track vitals and medications, book appointments and join video consultations. Providers manage patients through a pipeline, review results across health dimensions and set goals and interventions. Dedicated Patient, Provider, Tenant and Admin portals each have their own role-based workflows.

Front-end

Built with Next.js, TypeScript and Material UI in a Turborepo monorepo with shared component and theme packages. I built the multi-step assessment, patient pipeline and Recharts health dashboards.

API layer

Integrated a GraphQL API via Apollo Client for assessments, goals, appointments and notifications.

Real-time communication

Used Azure Communication Services for video consultations and patient–provider chat.

Forms and monitoring

React Hook Form with Yup validation for long onboarding flows, plus Azure Application Insights for production monitoring.

• Built patient scoring across 12 health dimensions, including social drivers of health, that generates risk reports.
• Shipped telehealth: Azure Communication Services video visits with recording, real-time patient-provider chat, medication tracking and scheduling.
• Architected a Turborepo monorepo with 5 role-based portals and 150+ typed GraphQL operations.
